1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
  • Certain categories like innerwear, personal accessories, or clearance/sale items may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only possible for defective products or incorrect sizes (subject to availability).
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

4. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share photos or videos of the item for verification.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance.
  • Personal care items (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Customized or personalized products.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it as directed.
